First home game of the academic year saw QEGS year 8's & year 10's take on Skegness Academy. 

Year 8's had rotated a few players to give some others an opportunity to play & they didn't disappoint. A dominant display saw QEGS easily win 28-4.

In the year 10 match, it was a little more competitive, with both team's defences playing well, limiting the scoring opportunities. QEGS finished 16-4 winners.
