Student Council attends Louth and Horncastle Community Summit with MP

On Friday 3 November, four members of the Student Council had the privilege of attending the Louth and Horncastle Community Summit, led by Victoria Atkins MP. The focus was children and young people in the community, and there was a range of ideas shared from a plethora of diverse local organisations. Our students were fully involved, each asking pertinent questions on a range of issues. A round of applause and multiple positive comments were made by those present regarding the students’ maturity and engagement with the process. Various links have been made by the students through networking, and we are excited as to the opportunities this will create.
