Geography Fieldtrips to Skegness

On the 7th and 8th of July the first Geography fieldtrips since 2019 finally took place!

Both the A Level and GCSE groups made separate visits to the coast to evaluate the sea defenses at Skegness. Students were able to practice fieldwork techniques and see some of the concepts they had covered in the classroom at first hand.

The weather was good, and despite not being able to visit the fish and chip shops and ice cream parlours due to Covid-19 precautions, an enjoyable time was had by all.
